Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We are unable to refund postage that may have been paid on the original order. If returning your entire order, please return any free gifts that were received or accept a deduction of the cost from your refund. Exchanges, store credit and Gift Card sales are final.

How To Return Your Goods

1. Please send unwanted products to the exact address below. Don't forget to include your full name and the email address on your order inside the parcel. We recommend using a tracked mail service to send back your goods, as we cannot be held responsible if they are lost in the post.

2. Your parcel should be well packed, and all returned goods in their original packaging. We won't accept broken glass or leaking packages.

3. If you have used 50% or more of a product, we retain the right to investigate and reduce the refund amount appropriately. Unfortunately, we have been exposed to an excess of fraud, with a segment of customers decanting product and returning empties shortly after purchase.

Once your parcel is received, we will notify you by email to confirm your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days for the credit to appear on your bank statement. It’s usually instantaneous, but can sometimes be delayed on banking statements.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
